The Residential sector is something that has been continually developing for Hawden not least because of market trends. We have always felt that our strength has been diversity of sectors and our early residential experience came from large individual dwellings. This has, over recent years, developed into smaller properties over larger and larger schemes and we now have diversity within our residential sector works combining all of the aforementioned areas and including private and social housing.
